Embracing Autumn

Without really realising it I seem to have embraced Autumn wholeheartedly…bring on the cosy nights in and the pumpkin spiced everything…

I’ve changed my hair from my usual beachy blonde balayage to a much more seasonal coppery red. This was a fairly spur of the moment decision after a bit of Pinterest browsing – a trip to see my favourite freelance hairdresser and the autumnal transformation was complete.

Now, I wouldn’t actually consider myself as a pumpkin-spiced-everything kind of girl…but when you’re favourite brand of almond butter drops a pumpkin spice limited edition spread, you’ve got to give it a try. Hats of to Pip & Nut – this is eat-it-out-of-the-jar delicious and is really amazing swirled into my morning porridge.

I’ve been enjoying roasted pumpkin and butternut squash for dinner too. And  I’m currently dreaming of autumn-coloured nails for my next manicure. Why did it take me so long to realise Autumn is the best season of all?
